The Phoenix 9MM SBR features fully monolithic upper receiver with an ambidextrous forward charging handle. Utilizing a direct blowback operating system and POF-USA's 35 round 9MM magazine. It's billet lower receiver features fully Ambidextrous controls and a 1913 picatinny rail at the rear. The Phoenix 9MM's forward charging handle assembly is non-reciprocating and can be moved to either the left or right side of the firearm. The proprietary Phoenix 35 round magazine is a double stack, single feed, 9MM injection molded magazine. This Magazine also features a curved body for natural round stack and reliable feeding and comes with a polymer mag loader to make loading a breeze.

Patriot Ordnance Factory (POF-USA) manufactures and distributes law enforcement, military and civilian rifles in Phoenix, Arizona, and was the first manufacturer and seller of gas-piston-operated weapon systems on AR-style rifles in the United States.
